1. Video Call:

To clarify your lifestyle priorities, property needs and budget range and all the small details and any specific details you want me to check.

2. Scheduling:

Based on your schedule and time zone we can do the viewing live or record a video and send it over to you.

3. Understand & Negotiation Terms:

After the viewing we will find out all the information you need to choose correctly including any previous offers and negotiate where possible to get you the best deal.

 

4. Next Steps:

We will hand you back to the local agent to finalise all the paperwork. ​
